A schedule is a group of similar resources - conference rooms, labs, facilities, counselors.
A resource is an item, place, or person to reserve - Room 1, Sarah, Lab 1-201, Cart #3.
Resources can be primary (e.g. Room 1) or secondary (e.g. AV equip, set-up assistance).
